I should have been more clear.
How much can a PCB bend without damage? I have seen 4 and 3 point tests described, but no details.
I already no about the bow and twist measurements, but I need to actually bend the boards and determine their stiffness and damage resistance.

Is there an industry standard bend test?
I have found many people doing them, but no standard.
