Hello Technetters, For those of you in the U.S., Happy Labor Day. It's supposed to rain here in the Northeast U.S. most of the weekend, as usual. I'm looking at revamping our training program, and wondering what other companies do as far as initial training requirements and recertification, for example, ESD Awareness, Soldering Technologies, Workmanship standards, etc. Do you train once and monitor output, or re-train periodically? Also, If you train for ESD, what training materials do use, videos or computer-based? Thanks, TechNet!
