Hello,

I purchased a dry box from Terra Universal which is working great to keep boards and BGAs dry during BGA rework. The box is called a Smarticcator and has a built in humidity indicator/nitrogen controller.  I maintain the humidity level at 5%.  The only drawback is changing out the N2 bottles.  depending on how often you open the doors, you could end up changing out the N2 cylinders every 3rd day.  Hope this helps

we'll use the cabinet for keep our QFP dry, we use to have a moisture
probleme right now, I don't know the level of humidity/dryness to be
maintained, cause it's maybe depending of the component, we don't what
something complex, jsut a standard cAbinet not to expensive...

What will you be using the dry cabinet for?
What level of humidity/dryness must be maintained?

Calibration, maintenance etc will depend on the unit you buy.

Let us know your application so we can give more info.

buying one and I don't know anything about it.  what should I look for? I
learn that the one for photography is cheaper than for electronic and do the
same job.  Do I need to plan some maintenace on it, calibration, is there a
used market for that what are the compagny who sold them.
