Surely one of the board shops will have a copy.
I have an old one in my book case and it calls out:
GF= Glass (woven fabric) base, epoxy resin, flame resistant
N = Base material without coloring agent or opacifier.
Sorry, I don't have an electronic copy here, but I'll check on my personal
PC.
The new IPC document is IPC-4101
