Debbie,

I thought I had been told Mflex used DuPont FX 930 and that this resist was good for the gold plating processes?  We use this resist but not for gold plating.  We produce flex too and have no problems with attack of the products stripping in an MEA mix.  The FX 930 does tend to come off in larger pieces is our only problem.  I can send you some or have the local guy bring you some.

Subject: [TN] Selective Immersion Plating

Hi,

I am searching for a photoimagable  product for selective Tin and selective Gold. We are processing flexible circuits so we need a product that can be removed easily and with out attacking the flex material.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated
