SEI part number: RSM-2-160-50

We're using standard NC solder 63/37... and 65C flux...

The wetting's just not happening on the board side... we've done these for
years without this problem... it's kind of looking like solder fractures.

Soldering irons: Hakko 936 ESD with 1.2 tips... temps: 750F

Our Cleaning capabilities? ... Ultrasonic/deionized H20... we also have some
Bronson mix...

We have not washed these, but I wanted to throw this out to you all to see
if this may be pointing to some other problem... Any assistance is
appreciated...
