To all, We have, from time to time, received boards that have been build with an error in the stackup layer order. Our documentation is clear but it seems to be a manual process with Fab vendors. 1. What electronic formats can transfer and/or verify that the stackup is done correctly at the Fab vendor? 2. What methods are available to verify the board stackup is correct at incoming inspections (layer markings, coupons, cross sections)?
