There are a number of solutions that clean uncured SMT epoxy from stencils and even boards (misprints).  JNJ Global makes two different chemicals that I am aware of.  One is more for stencil wiping and the other is for batch solution cleaning.  I also understand that IPA accelerates the cure of many SMT adhesives rather that effectively removing the residues.
