We have some double sided standard FR-4 boards which we use as translator boards for some functional testing. These boards have various thru hole connectors soldered into them. They can see as many as 400-600 plugs and unplugs in one day 6 days a week. Would a thicker copper plating in the holes help for longer reliability? Any other suggestions? Thanks for your time.
