We also record time in/out of oven and dry boxes for MSD control on our
travelers.  Manual and cumbersome, but it works if the disciple is there.

I have seen some barcode applications that allow you to barcode label each
board/batch/reel and define parameters specific to the lot and track
accordingly.  Provides recall capability - what's due, past due, coming due for rebake
etc.  The critical info depends on your process requirements, IPC/Jedec 033 (?),
 customer or contract requirements.  If this was only noted as a
recommendation for improvement, then you could update as you go forward.  Alternately,
unused/legacy or existing documents may not need updating, just tie your "new"
process into your procedure(s) references and retrain the operators/engineers.
