I may not be seeing the forest for the trees here... but if you notice they want to substitute a .009 for a .006, and a .006 instead of .008.... why don't they substitute the .009 for a .008 and use the .006 where is was? That's a whole HE double toothpicks closer than what they propose ? Is there a material shortage or some other reason they want to do this... material type ... cost reduction...
