IPC-A-610 Section 5.5.1.2 calls for what amounts to a minimum 180 degree wrap. Section 5.5 applies generally to wire terminations but could be used to apply to component lead terminations too. When we did wires and leads to a terminal (round or bifurcated) we always did a 180 degree min wrap. Helps to hold the wire/part(s) in place while soldering too. Rgds, Roger M.
