Hi Rich In a previous life we used a tool from Unitek (www.unitekequipment.com) for reflowing custom LCD panels with 100 pin Flex Strips. It worked well once the profile was figured out. I believe the controller unit was called UNIFLOW. My old notes have the model # as 1-291-02-03. The controller unit operated the temp profile, the heater press/release cycle and the head pressure. They were very helpful in working out the kinks and even provided operator training in our plant.
