With larger dollar components my stockroom will only issue exact quantities which when setting up feeders (Fuji and Siemens) becomes a big issue. I do have s Siemens splicing tool, which is "ok" but Fuji has advised against using the brass (or whatever metal Siemens uses) on their machines as it will dull the tape cutters quicker. Is anyone using something they could recommend. Please keep in mind that this tape splicing will be performed in the Stockroom prior to a kit being released from the floor.
