As others have noted, the CRX-2000 is not an inline system and it's programming capabilities are limited. I had one for several years at a previous job so if you have specific questions you can contact me. CR Technology (Photon Dynamics) did make an inline system but since Photon has closed that division I'm not sure what's happened to their x-ray line.

Fellow technetters,
I'm looking for information on a X-ray system CRT CRX-2000, Does
anybody have a brief picture of what this machine can do? and, what it's
capabilities are? Is this a fully automated X-Ray system or only BGA
inspection? We're basically looking for an in-line AXI with fully automated
inspection of BGA component, this is, a system able to inspect the
components by using X and Y coordinates along with image/package libraries.
