That is typically a customer or end user requirement. The standards will
identify types and possibly even application criteria but not size, number,
frequency etc.

Keep in mind though, once you reach a certain number of "touch-ups" you may
be nearing a reject for workmanship criteria...or just plain ulgy boards...
