Thank you David, but I still feel cigarette smoke (and use of insence here) does more damage by contamination, and these go on nearby. Not near any production areas, though.

Ozone is a very aggressive gas. It can attack and degrade polymers and elastomers.
It will also react quickly with other gases and componds to form acids and VOC's. This is not good for
indoor office environments. There are reasons the EPA and other organizations
try to limit the formation of ozone.

If you are trying to limit the spread of SARS this "cure" will be much worse than the disease
