I am sitting here looking at a data sheet for CB100 and it says the TCE is 35ppm and the Tg is 115 C.
I don't know what the translates to at temperatures above Tg but here is an link to the Data Sheet available at Data Circuits out of CA. http://www.datacircuits.com/docs/CB100.pdf
