Guys and Gals,

I lost all my "good looking" photos for the BGA encapsulation side fillet.  Does anyone can send me a photo of side view of the encapsulation filler geometry (nice wetting characteristics to both BGA PWB as well as to the SMT).  I need to put out requirement of BGA filler shape.  I guess "picture means a thousand words" is the best way to go.  Many thanks.  Published paper or photo preferred. 

(One of the punishment of moving around too much is that you lost all the reference materials ;-(.
