Hello,
Just had a few questions about the failure.
Is the failure always between 4 and 5 and never at 12 and 13?
What is the resin system, the foil thickness on layer 5, the plating thickness on 5, and the height of the opening from 4 to 5?
Do you have cross section and external pictures?  Sounds like there are many failed parts.  There is no observed pattern at all, other than layer 4 and 5?
