Actually what I am recommending is DuPont PC 1015 or 1020 photo Coverlay. It processes similar to photo resist, you cure in an oven at about 320 F.  The only problem is that you will need to change out your developer before and after you process to avoid "goo" when the two different monomers meet.  The PC 1000 is a photo sensitive acrylic and should still meet your customers requirement, I think?
