hello techies, Lately we are observing laminate voids & resin recession in some of our boards the problem has not become severe but it is in the increasing trend well , to give some info We have oil heated vacuum assisted presses our heat rise rate is 2.5 deg per min we are using kiss pressure of 50 psi for 10 mins before going into full pressure we are observing the problems in all the constructions irrespective of style of prepreg the only change what we have made is removal of the post baking what we were doing after re-lamination? will it make any impact i went through the archives but couldn't find any satisfactory answer any suggestions?remedies?links?references?....... cheers, Madhu ********************************************************************** This email and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
