A brief "Semi-technical" diversion for anyone who had snow this week

 

Driveway 100 feet by 20 feet.

Snow 18 " deep.

Qty of children at home-3 but all too young to help.

Wife-not tall enough to get snow shoveled over existing great wall surrounding driveway.

Approximate volume of snow removed with shovel. 3000 cubic feet. (Thank God it was poweder)

 

Why I don't own a snow blower?........Hmmmm. I blamed it on high property taxes.Can't afford it. 

 

Hope anyone who had snow made it through.  My only reward, aside form the new Incredible Hulk arms I grew, (which look rather rediculous with my skinny legs) is that they will be putting my picture on the front of the local weekly newspaper.  I must be the only idiot in town who still shovels.  Perhaps I should sneak down the DPW disguised as an indian and throw all the road-salt into the river.
