Can anyone please advise if it is possible to rout a bare PCB (fab) to a
tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm?  The board is 0.8mm thick.

One of our vendors is telling us that they can't manufacture to this and
that they don't believe it is possible.  A second vendor has led us to
believe that they can do but experience tells us that they aren't making
it!  For info the boards are designed to fit snugly into a plastic
housing with no other means of fixing - hence the tight tolerance.
