Mentor and Catia integration
One of my clients had the question below and was hoping that this forum could help me to answer their questions regarding Mentor and Catia integration. Any and help would be greatly appreciated.
Client is currently using Catia v4.2.4 and Mentor D2 systems.
- How is the reliability and accuracy of the systems working together? This is with intelligent schematic symbols for the schematic wiring harnesses.
- Is there any substantial timesaving when making of a schematic in Mentor and importing it into Catia?
- With the timesaving is there any substantial savings as to the accuracy of the cable harnesses?
- In the development and building of the Bill of Materials is there any problems?
