Joyce,

We don't do BGA of any sort here, and we've only tried some preliminary testing of the PM202, but it did give us better wetting on some difficult-to-solder parts. The residue is soft (waxy) and fairly colorless.

As far as I know it's not yet available in any quantities....if you know differently I'd like to hear what (other) secrets you have.

Thanks,

Steve

Hi, Techneters,
Does anyone used no-clean Kester Puremark 202 for CSP? It is ultrafine particle size paste. Can I use it without nitrogen (flip chip). Thanks.
Best regards,
                                                    joyce
