Tretrafunctional epoxy has three carbon bonding sites and is extremely brittle. Therefore, drilling, routing and processing in general is difficult. Multifunctional is a combination of tretrafunctional and difunctional (two carbon bonds) which is less brittle and more process friendly. Both will have about the same Tg. Scott B.
