I forgot to mention. MS Outlook lets you put backgrounds in e-mails already without any add-in programs. Under Tools...Options...Mail Format, you must choose HTML format, and then choose a background under Stationery and Fonts. I suppose you could add backgrounds you want other than the Microsoft-supplied ones to the folder that contains the backgrounds (if you can find it!).
