Steve,
You should probably be able to get one made at a local stamp
house. Give them a picture of what you want, tell them what size to make it and
they should be able to make one for you. Most stamp houses have equipment to
take any drawing, reduce or enlarge it and make a rubber stamp. Might cost you a
little, but shouldn't be more than $20-30.

small rubber marking stamp
of a ESD warning symbol?
It's to epoxy stamp the symbol on a assembly
faceplate.
