Happy Holidays Tech-Netters. We have done something to our program on our Vitronics Unitherm 820 oven. We have the utilities software but when we attempt to use, it prompts us for the VCP.exe of which we do not have. Is there anyone out there that can direct me to some help. Vitronics is not being much help. Seems they have told our other Engineer that they do not support this anymore. Frantically needing Santa or some other Christmas Miracle.
