I have a question regarding wire harnesses and need some help. We have a harness that we manufacture that has three wires and is about 6 inches long. We are noticing that in some instances one of the wires is longer than the others, giving us a nice bow in the longer wire. We have measured the wires and they are in specification. One is on the max end of the spec and the other is on the min side. They make the drawing as far as length, but sure don't look that good and we are trying to figure out how we set our criteria. They make the print but don't look good? Where do we make the clean determination of good or bad?

Thanks for your help,

Bob
