I am old enough to have experienced more hot oil reflowing than I care to relate.

My company published some trouble shooting guides for hot oil reflow...which are still available to you, or anyone still doing this.

Bottom line, back in the days when we were selling hot oil for reflow, is that we stopped sampling people fuse oil or flux to solve reflow problems, because we found they were always caused by things that happened before the panel went into the oil.

We got pretty good at trouble shooting the pre-fusing process.

I would be happy to discuss the matter with you personally, (650-962-8004) or send you the trouble shooting guides.

Good Luck
