Leland, Instead of looking for an "organization", why don't you look for an individual who has the experience and is capable of giving a structured training. I am sure that with the job market the way it is, there are enough experience out there that are willing to take a temporary assignment and have hands-on experience to do a good training job. It would also be more economic for your company than dealing with an organization. Just a thought.
