Hi Dan,

Sherif is talking about the power consumption required to assemble a board
using lead-free.  However, I don't think a 11.5% increase by electronic
manufactures would be a noticeable blip to the power company's meter.  And I
don't think it would even be a noticeable blip to the manufactures cost of
manufacturing either.  (Although the environmental "benefit" of lead-free is
even less of a blip on any radar).

I can't say that has been noticeable but we are building a relatively low
power consumption product any way. 11% would relate to 1 or 2 milliamps in
our typical product, not a major concern to us or our customers.
