Dear all,
is anyone aware of a PCB Fab in Europe that has mastered
the art of using DuPont's conductive via fill.
I have a client who is looking to conduct heat from a 2 x
2 mm square pad on the component soldered on side 1, through a 1.6mm thick
4 layer board (with no blind or buried vias) that they will then attach to a
heatsink on layer 4. Component supplier suggests a square pad on side 1 (2x2)
with 5 via holes, but problem is avoiding solder going through to side 4 (has to
be flat to mate to heatsink), hence desire to use conductive via
fill.
Reasonable alternatives gratefully received !
