It turns yellow after reflow. This alloy of 65%Cu, 17%Zn and balance Ni. This is one of a class of copper alloys called Nickel Silver. The particular alloy I THINK is CDA752.
How prevalent is the use of UNPLATED copper/nickel alloys in the SMT world? .
