Doug, There are a few sources for this type of information. Check out MIL-STD 2000, where on Table V (Page 23), you have the contamination limits for solder, and the interval levels for testing. The MIL-STD makes the distinction between preconditioning and wave soldering. Also, NASA STD-8739.2 Table 7-1 provide the solder contamination levels. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
