Carrie, What detergent you use depends on the oils to be cleaned. I suggest that you talk with some of the chemical vendors, such as Rudy Sedlak, Petroferm (www.petroferm.com) or Kyzen (www.kyzen.com). They should be able to provide you the right cleaning chemistry which a great big long unpronounceable customer-impressing chemical name.
