These 4-pin optocouplers exist often in different styles, same type, same plastic body, same chip inside, but the pins are formed as TH, gull wings, J leads, different spacings etc. - mostly just one little letter difference in the part number. That means - just be careful and try to get a sample from your customer on your desk before you put the wrong footprint in the design.
