Luther:

If I remember correctly (I don't have a copy handy) it's a requirement on ANSI Y14.5M that metric includes leading zeros, english does not.

Subject: [DC] Leading Zero question

What is everyone doing with leading zeros (0.010)?  I looked through IPC-D-325A and found no definitive answer.  Most of the document text used them, but a lot of the example drawings and tables didn't.

I wondered how everyone else is handling it.  If you use leading zeros, do you use them everywhere, or only in certain situations?  And if so, what situations.

        TIA,
