if I guess it right, do I get some
reward? the ratio should be infinity (10 engineer with zero
lawyers..accurate to 2 decimal points.).

When I
started out in this industry, in the mid-70's, we were facing stern
competition from the Japanese on most fronts. One of the
"factoids" that emerged was that in the USA, there are 10 lawyers for every
engineer, while in Japan there were 10 engineers for every lawyer.
Any guesses as to the ratio of engineers to lawyers in China
?
