Hi All!

I back to the MUX failures again. I was wondering if anybody could recommend a place that would test these devices for us?

We want to try and learn if the devices have been shipped to us damaged, or if it's something we're doing here.

I want to send an un-opened reel of parts to get tested, if they test good, then we can start looking here. We've verified the way we handle things here, and don't feel that we're damaging things, but we want to objectively prove that. There's also another thought that the ICT test could be actually causing failures, but not sure about that either.

The device part number is a MC14051BD, and supposedly has circuitry specifically to protect it from ESD according to the datasheet.

As always, thanks in advance!
