The IPC -D-300 contains dimensioning and tolerance information including appropriate tables. The information was intended for the designer to use during the design phase. However, in 1990 the information contained in the tables was updated and included in the then newly released IPC-D-275, IPC-D-275 has since been replaced by IPC-2221/2222. The current IPC-2615 contains a much updated discussion on geometeric dimensioning an tolerancing as applied to printed boards. It is referenced in IPC-2221/2222.
