Hello, we are currently using nitrogen when reflowing our circuit boards. Our circuit boards are silver immersion coated. We are trying to reduce the amount of nitrogen that we are using in our plant and we are looking to see what other manufacturing plants are doing. We would like to shut off the nitrogen in our reflow ovens. Is anyone reflow soldering (with no nitrogen) immersion silver plated boards with double reflow and subsequently wave soldering in shadow fixtures?
