Werner and Brian, Not regarding the pacemaker anymore though very interesting using both elimination and prevention techniques. One of my elimination and prevention techniques is never to use 7628 glass in any high density/reliability MLB. Only high resin content materials (2116 through 106 glass styles) must be used to do much more than eliminate and prevent CAF. I'm also interested in the concept of using non-functional pads in such a way. Most people, from what I gather, don't eliminate from the design anyway in Class 3 product.
