Amazing off line responses already. I expect many more. I agree with several
replies that I should have sought permission. I thought I had it when I was
doing everything for free. No one objected to that over the past couple of
years.

I had hoped my work would complement IPC's work, in a very small way. After
all, IPC makes a profit and I thought I could enhance it and pay for my time
and effort over the last 30 years or so.

I would love to have IPC's permission. However, I have now asked for
permission to, at least, reference their fine graphics and tables. If not
forthcoming, I have plenty of not so fine graphics and tables I will plug
into now empty slots without mention of IPC. Therefore, the book's still
available and quite good if I do say so myself and as have others said.

I sure hope it's ok to reference IPC documentation though. Is that a bad
thing too?
