I
understand your concern. Our system is set for 155°F during the dry
cycle. So far I haven't seen any failures that I could attribute to over
baking in the dry cycle. An advantage to this dry cycle is
uniformity. As with many processes with human intervention there can be
non-uniformity from batch to batch. Dare I say this bake cycle makes the
process more goof proof?

Yes, a blow off must be done
VERY carefully to be completely effective...and that may be asking a bit
much...but frying components would be worse.
