Like Tool and Die Makers, not enough enterprising engineers stepping up to the plate to fill the void, or coming back into industry after a layoff. Young upstarts expect millions to start when you and I started at 25 cents an hour doing the same thing. Nothing wrong with millions except it drives business out of the area to foreign countries where they still pay 5 cents an hour for the same millions here.
