Technet, Is anyone concerned about the over spray of flux on the top of PCB assemblies. We use generic pallets in our process, so our PCB's will get over spray form the spray fluxer, it has recently been brought up as a concern. We use a no-clean flux (Lonco SLS65). Does anyone else do this also, and if so do you have the same concerns? The flux can sometimes be pretty noticeable. I am in the process of getting Ionic testing done, but would like your experiences.
