Seth, Sorry you went through that and for others having done the same. I almost forgot an identical story, in addition to others I experienced. I particularly liked your term, in the last paragraph, conduct. I must declare bad business practices suits me much more. When first posting this thing, I was thinking about what impact these practices would have on what may have been a premier capability. I'm sure the book it mentality will rub off and prioritizing customers, as Sanmina used to do based on profitability, will become a normal business practice seeing one customer bumped for another more "important."
